Carestream PACS
Formally known as Kodak, Carestream’s Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) is one of the most advanced PACS in the industry. The web based PACS planned for implementation at LWMC will optimize workflow within the radiology department, allowing for increased volume and quicker exam turn-around. With advanced hanging protocols and 3D capabilities, radiologists will have the ability to diagnose quickly and accurately giving physicians’ immediate access to images and reports. We look forward to incorporating this great technology that will enhance communication and ultimately improve patient care.
