Lake Wales, FL (Dec. 16, 2011) – Lauren Sirola, Pharmacy Tech, was named Employee of the Month for November at Lake Wales Medical Center. She has been with LWMC since 2008. "She is always very concerned about the hospital and the patients,” a coworker wrote in her nomination. “If something goes wrong, she wants everyone to understand how to fix it and make the hospital a better place.
