DONALDSON SELECTED EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH AT LWMC

Lake Wales, FL (April 20, 2011) – Jeraldine Donaldson in Nutritional Services was named Employee of the Month for March at Lake Wales Medical Center. Jeraldine has been with LWMC since 1996. She was recognized for going above and beyond. In nominating her, a co-worker wrote: "Ms. Donaldson is thoughtful and caring to visitors, patients and their families, and employees. She is always willing to assist you if you need help and will go out of her way to take care of you. She is always very friendly with everyone, and she is very efficient in her duties. Ms. Donaldson seems to live according to the saying: Treat others the way you would want to be treated yourself.”
