Lozado Selected Employee of the Month at LWMC

Lake Wales, FL (January 7, 2011) – Wilfredo (Freddie) Lozado of Information Services was named Employee of the Month for November at Lake Wales Medical Center. Freddie has been with LWMC since December 2009. He was recognized for going above and beyond.

In nominating him, a co-worker wrote: “Throughout our busy days, we may fail to realize how many of our tasks and our overall productivity are dependent on our computers, telephones and copiers... until there is a problem with them.  As soon as that problem arises, it's time to grab the phone or send an email requesting support from IS, and every second until that request is satisfied is an inconvenience and can escalate into a real issue. Freddie … always responds in a friendly and professional manner, never even hinting that what he is doing is an inconvenience or imposition.  He does his job with a smile on his face and in his voice.”
