LWMC Announces 2011 Health Fair, Testing

Lake Wales, FL (January 7, 2011) – Lake Wales Medical Center’s 2011 Community Health Fair will be held on Saturday, Feb. 12 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at High Point Church, 501 Burns Ave.. in Lake Wales. The event will include a variety of exhibitors, health screenings, children’s activities and free hotdogs and drinks.

As part of the health fair, $20 lipid panel tests are being offered by the hospital. Participants must make an appointment to have the blood work done prior to the health fair, and results will be available at the health fair. To register for the lipid panel test, call 678-2288.
