Message from LWMC's CEO

Despite the economic recession, we at Lake Wales Medical Center are continuing to focus with renewed vigor on delivering excellent patient care. Our new Wound Healing Center, which opened this past December, has met a huge need in our community, and we’re excited to give patients who were suffering in silence with non-healing wounds the opportunity to be healed through innovative treatments, including hyperbaric oxygen therapy. We believe our community deserves top-quality healthcare without having to leave town, and we’re proud of our ability to provide those services, with the compassionate care our patients have come to expect from us.

We’re also striving to make it easier to do business with us; in this issue, you’ll learn about our online bill pay opportunity that makes it quick, easy and secure to pay your bills online. You’ll also learn about how we continue to be the leader in community fitness, with our Mall Walkers program launched this year in conjunction with Eagle Ridge Mall.
